Board of Directors
The Board is the organization's governance body. It sets strategic priorities, supervises the National Director, and approves the financial statements.
National Safeguarding Committee
Independent oversight of child, youth, and adult safeguarding. It is one of the three formal bodies of the SOS Children's Villages system for child protection.
Coordination with SOS Children's Villages International
The organization in Paraguay is an autonomous member of SOS Children's Villages International, present in 136 countries. The relationship includes:
- Access to global care and safeguarding standards.

- Technical assistance and training.
